Shipping & Returns

Your order will be shipped to your address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.

There is no additional charge. Otherwise, the costs are the responsibility of the buyer, vary depending on the country and are not included in the selling price or in the cost of transport.

Yes we do! Shop and add the items in your cart from the www.stickgoo.com. At checkout, enter your address and select Australia as the country. Payment will be made in US dollars.

The order will be processed by our agents within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Then, the delivery time varies depending on where the package is being delivered to, but expect between 3 and 7 business days. Shipping cost starts at $50. Note that additional fees might be incurred for shipments that are redirected or returned to us due to incorrect or modified addresses.

If you purchased STICKGOO Tiles in a store, the store’s return policy applies. If you purchased STICKGOO tiles online from our site, you can return or exchange a product within 30 days of delivery providing it is not part of a Final Sale or otherwise mentioned that returns will not be accepted. You must first obtain a return authorization number from our customer service.

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
