Consult our installation section for instructions on how to easily install your STICKGOO.
Our products are certified NFPA (ASTM E84) and IBC Class B.STICKGOO Tiles cannot adhere properly to a textured surface, and it’s not recommended to install the tiles on an “orange peel” painted surface or textured ceramic tile. You may be able to sand your wall smooth and if you do so, apply a primer and allow 72 hours for it to completely dry. You must clean the wall with a degreaser such at TSP (to remove any dust or grease from cooking) and after this you can apply STICKGOO Tiles. And the thick version tiles can be install on some non-raised surface, such as cement wall, plywood wall, gypsum wall, textured walls

Yes, they are resistant to the heat of a stove. However, if you have a gas stove without a back control panel or metal plate, you must respect a safety zone (without STICKGOO Tiles) of 20 cm (8 in.) above the surface of the stove in order to prevent direct exposure to an open flame and we recommend to install our Smart Panel. For countertop appliances such as toaster ovens, mini ovens and others, keep a space of 6 cm (2 in.) between STICKGOOTiles and the appliance. It is important to note that some spices with high density pigment color, such as turmeric, can stain the tile permanently.
Yes, the thick version have a strong backing glue, expecially design for shower.
You can install peel and stick STICKGOO Tiles directly over your existing backsplash, whether it is glass or ceramic provided that your surface is smooth, sleek and without texture. You must also take into consideration the width and depth of your existing grout lines as this might affect the outcome.
Some shapes of tiles (ex: diamond) have more texture than others. We recommend testing with 1 or 2 STICKGOO tiles that also have texture before doing the full wall.
* IMPORTANT: For the Oslo models, it is recommended that these be installed exclusively on smooth and sleek surfaces. Due to its size, the tile will tend to show any irregularities in the surface. If the surface is even slightly indented such as with a grout line, you must fill any gaps to ensure a smooth application of the Oslo.

Yes. They are easy to remove with little to no damage, depending on the surface they were installed on. To make it easy, use a blow dryer to warm up each tile to soften the adhesive and pull softly starting with the corners. Use a cleaning product to wash the wall and remove any excess glue left by the STICKGOO Tiles.
With a square model (Tango, Minimo, Vintage, etc.), start the installation by placing the grout line directly on the corner so that you do not have to apply any unnecessary pressure to the Gel-O. For overlapping models (Bellagio Keystone, Murano Metallik, etc.), you should join two STICKGOO Tiles at the corner.
Measure the outlet and transfer the measurements onto the tile. Cut with a utility knife and apply the tile to the wall! Watch the installation video.
If there are empty sections between the panels, apply a layer of plaster to fill them in. It is important to have a smooth surface for a perfect bond. Then apply a primer coat to the entire surface and allow 72 hours for it to completely dry. If you use paint instead of primer, it is necessary to wait 21 days for it to completely dry.

First, using a level, draw a horizontal line on the wall at the height of the first row of tiles. The STICKGOO Tiles specially designed adhesive allows the tiles to be repositioned during installation if firm pressure has not already been applied. Easily unstick the tiles from the wall to properly reposition them.
It may be advantageous to do so. This way you limit possible water infiltration between the wall and counter. A silicone based caulking is recommended.
